Corporate training of the Customer’s specialists includes comprehensive training of project teams in:

  1. Theories and practice of project management 
  2. Effective use of software products  - MS Project, Construction Project.

A feature of corporate trainings is the preliminary preparation based on Customer specifics, - the projects, way of business, organizational structure and corporate culture. Training plans, examples of schedules, organizational models and other details are selected closest to the customer’s business. The trainers are certified according to the Microsoft, PMI and IPMA programs, have rich experience in project management in various industries and extensive experience in implementing enterprise project management systems.

Training within the framework of a EPMS implementation usually covers the following Customer staff:

  • top management;
  • project managers and project office staff;
  • heads of departments;
  • employees involved in projects;
  • system administrators of the department of information technology;
  • other employees and experts whose training (according to the Customer) is important for successful project management.
